Population
Most would say Mansfield and Foxborough are siblings. Both have a lot to offer in average sized towns, some parts are green and pleasant to view(mainly the residential and outskirts of the town), other areas are densely developed. Mansfield Crossing is a newer retail super complex, and the town center has had work being done in and around it for a while. Also housed in the middle part of Mansfield is I-495, an airport, and what’s currently named the Xfinity Center, a very popular outdoor music/event venue, the most notable attribute of Mansfield. Traditionally, Mansfield residents stay in their homes the same as the average.

Much of Mansfield real estate are multi-floor homes, 1 level homes are rare. Much of the newer and larger homes have been built within the past 30 years in the east and western part of the town, while the middle is where nearly all the dining and retail is, along with the older homes in Mansfield Center. Newer apartment and condo complexes have been built in recent years too.
Traffic most days isn’t much of a concern outside the towns 2 main roads Rt 106 and Rt 140 in the afternoons/evenings, and the intersection where the train station is due to the multiple roads and lights in a small area. Residents are wise to know the schedule of events at the Xfinity Center, even though the venue is away from mostly all residences in Mansfield, I-95 and I-495 traffic will be present.
99% of the dining and bars are along Rt 140, Rt 106, and N. Main st, the latter 2 forming the center of town, which is also where the train station is. If the chain restaurants are more your thing, then you can find some over in the relatively new retail development “Mansfield Crossing”.
